How does it Work?

  1. Your brand, your pricing: You may sell Booth in a Box services under your own brand, and set your own pricing.
  2. You own the client relationship: Your company is responsible for all client communications, client contracts, and day of service. A separate sub-vendor contract between your company and Booth in a Box is required.
  3. We Design: Prior to the event, you can invite clients into a design onboarding portal so that they can select a template and approve mockups made by the Booth in the Box team. Revision requests can be made through the portal, saving your team time from playing middle man. You can access the portal to view all client design comments.
  4. You Pickup or We Ship: Local Partners are responsible for picking up and dropping off the booth from Booth in a Box’s Blue Bell, PA location. National Partners will receive the booth via UPS the day before the event, and are responsible for returning the booth via UPS the next business day via the pre-paid label.
  5. You Deliver and Setup: You can expect setup to take 5-10 minutes for the booth and software, and another 10 minutes if using a Booth in a Box pillowcase backdrop. Breakdown is a little faster.
  6. We Support: Booth in a Box will support you to personalize the event files, to ensure that the event files and software are set up correctly in advance, and will be available via phone support during the event.

How Much Does it Cost?

Option 1: Pay by the Event – best if you have 4 or less photo booth events per month.

  1. Single Event – Retail Prices. White Label Fees waived for qualified event partners
  2. Multipack (use within one year)
    • pay for 5 events in advance – 5% discount
    • pay for 10 events in advance – 10% discount

Option 2: Long Term Lease – best if you regularly exceed 4 events per month

With a 3 month minimum commitment, we can offer long term leases in which you keep the photo booth at your own warehouse. Long term leases also include up to 8 events per month of managed services:

  1. Client Concierge Onboarding with Photo Design Service: Prior to the event, you can invite clients into a design onboarding portal so that they can select a template and approve mockups made by the Booth in the Box team. Revision requests can be made through the portal, saving your team time from playing middle man. You can access the portal to view all client design comments.
  2. Software License, Setup, and Remote Support: must use the Booth in a Box app on a compatible iPad
  3. Free Feature Upgrades: including green screen, slideshows, surveys, and analytics – these make great upsells!
  4. Discounted Rate on Additional Managed Events per Month

Managed Services (BYOB – Bring your own Booth)

Should you ever choose to invest in your own photo booth, we would love to keep working with you! We have partners that own their booths but supplement with Booth in a Box during the busy season. Here are some additional services we offer to streamline your operations:
